About Sue
Sue has been in Christian education for over 38 years. Her expository Bible teaching ministry is geared for men, women, and high school age youth. She and her husband of 46 years live in Salem, OR, have raised a family, and are grandparents.
You will love her enthusiasm for God's Word and leave her sessions with a deeper desire to study the Scriptures. Sue takes you deep into the Bible passages, causing the Bible to spring to life, making the Scriptures easy to understand and practical for daily life.
Statement of Faith : Sue Keith proclaims that Jesus Christ is God and is the Son of God, born of a virgin. He lived a sinless life and was crucified to pay for the sins of those who believe. Jesus gives the free gift of eternal life to all who obey His Word. Jesus died, descended down to hell, and was resurrected through the power of the Holy Spirit on the third day. He was seen by many before ascending back up into heaven and He stands at the right hand of the Father.
As the Scriptures promised, the Holy Spirit was poured out on believers on Pentecost, giving birth to the church. Jesus forgives those who repent of their sins and obey His word. This repentance is evident to all through the fruit of their lives and the praise of their lips, offered up to Jesus Christ.
How to Receive Salvation : If you have not made Jesus Christ the supreme Lord of your life, I urge you right now to acknowledge that you have sinned against Him. Ask Him to forgive you for all disobedience towards God and your fellow man. Pray for the infilling of the Holy Spirit so that you can learn how to live a life that is pleasing to Him.
This salvation cannot be purchased through financial offerings or earned by better behavior. Salvation is a free gift from God to anyone who humbly acknowledges that they need Jesus to save them from themselves and this fallen world. Eternal rewards are earned when we serve Him out of gratitude for what He has already done for us. He spared us from being crucified for all eternity in hell, after we die.
The Next Step: Regularly devote time to reading the Bible, God's Word. After that, get plugged in with a group of fellow believers who teach directly from the Bible and who will help you grow in the knowledge of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Talk/pray to Jesus about everything on your mind. He is your wonderful Councilor, true Friend, loving Brother, and faithful Groom.
